You must be at least 16 years old to use Qirvo. You agree to use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms. All content, software, and trademarks on the Qirvo platform are the property of Qirvo or its licensors. You may not use Qirvo's branding or content without prior written permission.

6. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free use of the platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qirvo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion for violation of these Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
